Try it first, no card required
For checking the upload-to-playback workflow. No card required.
- 2 hours/month of encoding included
- Uploads are refused past 2 hours (no overage billing)
- Storage connections: up to 1
- Live channels are not available
The base fee is $55/month, plus only the processing you actually use. Storage and transfer are billed directly by your own cloud account - Nulx adds no markup on top.
Four plans. Still 0% markup on storage and delivery
Pick the plan that matches your monthly usage. Storage and delivery bill straight to your own cloud account - Nulx adds no markup.
AI features are optional line items too — you pay only when you run them. Off means $0, not a higher base price.

Bring your own storage (BYO)
Serves from your own Cloudflare R2 or Bunny account. No markup on storage or delivery.
For teams encoding a lot every month
A higher base fee than Starter buys far more included hours - the more you encode, the lower your total.
Negotiated terms
A custom contract for teams whose usage and support needs go beyond the standard plans.
Encoding more than hours a month? Team is cheaper. At that point Starter's base fee plus overage equals Team's flat fee, and every hour past it favors Team.
Optional processing
Enable per video and pay only for processed duration.
Prices exclude VAT/GST where applicable.
How encoding is priced

Encode locally, then upload the finished file.
Encoding is priced per hour of source video, not by output resolution — $1.80/hour whether your ladder is 480p, 720p, or 1080p. AV1 and HEVC run as separate per-minute add-ons, not covered by the included 20 encoding hours.
Priced per hour of video, not machine time.
Our managed encoding is not the cheapest. Cloudflare Stream and other managed platforms encode for free — in exchange, your files live in their warehouse and you pay for every gigabyte delivered. What's free with us is delivery, because we never touch it. And on most bills, the big number is delivery, not encoding. Want encoding cheaper too? Ask us about running a BYO worker in your own cloud.

Where a managed platform genuinely wins for you, our calculator says so.
This gap varies by region — if most of your viewers are in Asia or Oceania, Bunny's per-GB delivery rate runs well above its EU/NA price, while Nulx + R2 stays free everywhere. Try switching your primary viewer region in the calculator above to compare.
