1,000 credits cover about 8h 20m of captions, 5h 33m of translation, or 3h 20m of both.
1 credit = US$0.01. Captions use 2 credits per video minute; translation uses 3 credits per video minute for each language. Only successful work is charged; a failed job returns its credits. Plan credits renew every month and do not roll over.
