Review permanent storage, managed processing, and AI transfers separately
Permanent sources and outputs live in customer Cloudflare R2. During managed encoding, a NULX worker temporarily reads the source. If automatic captions are enabled, a low-bitrate audio extract is sent to Groq in the United States. R2 location hints are not residency guarantees; regulated deployments must review Cloudflare configuration and the NULX processing path together.
